The following rates are applicable:
Low season @ R1200 per night.
Peak season @ R1500 per night. (School Holidays & Public Holidays)
Refundable breakage deposit R500.
Minimum booking of 2 nights required.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking.
Balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
Please note this unit is a sectional title unit and is therefore governed by the rules of the body corporate. The following terms and conditions must be adhered to:
Maximum of 5 guests.
STRICTLY No pets allowed.
Check in after 2 pm.
Check out before 10 am.
No noise after 10pm
Daily cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
